The Ag+ Crystal showerhead helps prevent bacterial growth, and 9 safety features with an ELB keep it protected. Electric water-heater hookup in Singapore must be done by a licensed electrical worker — SparkFlow is BCA ME05 L1 registered, so the install is by-the-book for HDB and condo and is included in our quote, not charged as a separate add-on.
