Can you deal with my tenant directly but bill me?
Yes — that's the usual arrangement. Forward us your tenant's photo and number (or point us to them) and we'll sort out access, do the work, and send the invoice and receipt to you, not them. You stay in the loop without playing middleman at 11pm.
I'm turning over a unit between tenants — can you handle everything in one go?
That's our sweet spot. Repaint, deep clean, and any repairs or defect-list items, coordinated into one booking so the unit is tenant-ready fast. One team, one quote, one invoice — instead of chasing a painter, a cleaner and a handyman separately.
Do you handle urgent repairs when a tenant messages at a bad time?
WhatsApp is read 24/7. No hot water, an active leak, a power trip, aircon not cold — send a photo and during work hours (Mon–Sat, 9am–6pm) we usually slot it same-day or first thing the next morning. We'll arrange it with the tenant so you don't have to drop everything.
I manage a few units — is there a better arrangement?
Tell us how many units you look after and what they typically need, and we'll work out an arrangement that suits — whether that's ad-hoc jobs as they come up or a regular check-in on the aircon and the usual wear-and-tear. Just message us and we'll sort the details with you.
Will I get an invoice and receipt for my records?
Yes — a receipt on completion (PayNow, bank transfer, cash or cheque), handy for IRAS, your tenancy records, or settling against a deposit. Licensed electrical work also comes with a completion record.
Is your electrical and plumbing work compliant for HDB and condo rentals?
Yes. We're an HDB Licensed Contractor (HB-10-5499Z) and our electrical work is carried out under our EMA ME05 L1 licence — so the work on your unit is by-the-book and your liability is covered, whether it's an HDB flat or a condo.
Can you coordinate with my property agent instead of me?
Sure. Loop us in with your agent and we'll arrange access and send updates through them if that's easier — just tell us who we should be dealing with.
