We're Benetton and Royston Chan — two brothers running a Singapore home-services team founded in 2013 and incorporated as SparkFlow Pte Ltd in 2017.
The idea is still the same: honest pricing, clear trade responsibility, and someone who actually picks up. It's often still us.

Benetton and Royston Chan grew up watching Singapore households juggle unreliable contractors. They started SparkFlow to fix that — one HDB, condo, and landed home at a time.
Today, the company they built coordinates multiple home-service trades across Singapore, with regulated work matched to the appropriate licensed person. The founders remain named contacts for the business.

Five things you can hold us to, in writing.
1. We publish our working hours.
Messages are handled during our published operating hours. We confirm availability after reviewing the scope rather than promise a response or attendance time in advance.
2. Your quote is your quote.
We state the agreed scope, exclusions and parts up front. If site conditions require a variation, you approve the written change before extra work proceeds.
3. The right person for regulated work.
We separate company registrations from individual trade licences. If a scope requires an EMA Licensed Electrical Worker or another regulated professional, we identify that person for the job.
4. Coverage is stated before approval.
Product and workmanship terms vary by job. The written quote states any applicable duration, exclusions and claim route before work begins.
5. If something is wrong, tell us.
Send the invoice, photos and a clear description. We review the issue against the agreed scope and confirm the next practical step in writing.
Registered for the work we coordinate.
Our company registrations are publicly verifiable with HDB and BCA. Work requiring an individual licence is matched to the responsible worker.
HDB Registered Renovation Contractor
Company registration for renovation work in HDB flats, subject to the current HDB permit conditions and work-specific rules.
BCA ME05 Electrical Engineering
Company contractor registration under the ME05 workhead. Electrical work that requires an EMA worker licence is assigned to the responsible Licensed Electrical Worker.
