Source the claim

SparkFlow publishes practical guidance for Singapore homes. This is the standard each guide must meet before it goes live.

Every guide has a visible person or SparkFlow-team byline. Research and drafting tools may assist, but they do not turn an unsupported claim into a fact; named-person bylines are used only when that person is responsible for the guide.
Our own service-price ranges are labelled as SparkFlow prices and dated. They are estimates, not market-wide facts. When a material rule, price or recommendation changes, we revise the page and show its updated date.
We distinguish low-risk homeowner checks from work that needs a qualified contractor or Licensed Electrical Worker. If an instruction could expose someone to live electricity, pressurised water, refrigerant or structural risk, we do not frame it as a casual DIY step.
We may use research, drafting, editing and automated checking software to organise information. SparkFlow remains accountable for what appears here. If you spot an error, email us with the page URL and supporting source; we will check it and correct the page when warranted.
