Does SparkFlow install the Champs Legend Instant Water Heater (Rain Shower Set)?

Yes — our team can quote supply and installation together. Add it to your cart, or WhatsApp us a photo of your space, and we'll confirm the product, installation scope and any regulated trade needed before booking.

Do I need a licensed installer for a water heater?

The plumbing, mounting and electrical hookup are different scopes. Any new or altered electrical installation must be handled by an EMA Licensed Electrical Worker; gas work needs an appropriately licensed gas service worker. We confirm who is responsible for each regulated part in your quote.

How much does installation cost?

Installation is quoted per job once we know the unit and your site (ceiling type, existing wiring or plumbing, access). WhatsApp the model and site photos; we will confirm the written scope, price and available slot during operating hours.

Is it covered by warranty?

Coverage depends on the exact product and installation scope. We identify the current manufacturer terms and any SparkFlow workmanship term in the written quote; keep the invoice, model and serial number for a claim.

How do I order and pay?

Add it to your cart and we'll send the exact quote on WhatsApp, or message us directly. Pay by PayNow, bank transfer or card. We confirm stock and an installation slot before anything is locked in.

How fast is delivery and installation?

Stock, supplier lead time, delivery access and the required trade all affect timing. We confirm product availability and the installation slot before you approve the order.
