Maintenance that follows the model.
We check the exact model, its manual and the unit's condition before defining the work. No universal flush, descale or lifespan promise — just a written scope from $150.
Know what you are paying for.
A planned visit gives you a documented condition check and a chance to approve model-appropriate maintenance before a small issue becomes urgent.
The quote states what is inspected, what may be opened, and which parts or electrical tests would cost extra.
Leaks, corrosion, damaged switches and abnormal heating are easier to plan around when they are documented before an emergency.
Instant, storage and gas heaters have different maintenance requirements. The model manual and actual condition decide the work.
Maintenance can find issues and preserve serviceability, but it cannot honestly promise a fixed number of extra years or prevent every failure.
Eight checks, adapted to the heater.
The work follows the actual model and agreed quote. We do not dismantle, descale or test outside that scope just to make a checklist look complete.
Identify the exact heater and review the manufacturer's maintenance instructions before opening, draining or cleaning anything.
Inspect accessible filters, strainers and components. Flushing or descaling is only proposed when the manufacturer permits it and the unit's condition justifies it.
Where the storage-heater design has a serviceable anode, inspect it according to the manual. Sealed or non-serviceable designs are not dismantled just to satisfy a generic checklist.
Check heating behaviour and accessible components against the model's specification. Electrical measurements are performed only within the agreed scope and by the appropriately qualified worker.
Inspect relief, thermostat and cut-out arrangements using the manufacturer procedure. We do not operate or reset a safety device blindly when its history or condition is unknown.
Check the visible isolator, damage indicators and protection arrangement. Work on the fixed electrical installation is itemised separately and assigned to an EMA Licensed Electrical Worker.
Receive photos of accessible items, observations, work actually performed and any recommendation. The report does not claim measurements or parts that were outside the booked scope.
If the model manual or the inspection outcome supports a recurring interval, we can send an opt-in reminder. You can decline or stop it at any time.
Enrol once, forget about it.

Stop replacing. Start maintaining.
WhatsApp us your heater details — brand, age, capacity — and we'll confirm the model-specific scope, guide price and next available visit. No recurring plan is created unless you explicitly accept written terms.
