The SMC-1708-10HC36 is a basin vanity cabinet built from solid grade 304 (18-8) stainless steel, so it shrugs off the damp of a Singapore bathroom. The soft-close doors run on 304 stainless hinges, and an enhanced base carries the weight of the included ceramic basin. The back is cut to clear exposed HDB piping, which makes for a clean fit in most flats. This is a made-to-order item with a lead time of roughly 5 to 8 weeks; the price covers the cabinet and ceramic basin only, with pop-up waste, bottle trap, faucet and mirror sold separately. Supply and installation can be quoted after we confirm the model, site conditions and any regulated trade scope.
