The Presto NEO 66017 mounts on the wall and runs on Presto's timed self-closing mechanism — press once and the water shuts itself off after a set period. With its flow regulator fitted it delivers about 1.9 L/min and works across a 1 to 5 bar supply, so it holds steady on most building pressures. It is a purely mechanical fitting, well suited to heavy-use public toilets where reliability matters more than electronics.
