Philips 902-MFVP-11HWS Palm Vein & Face Lock (Gold)

The Gold 902-MFVP-11HWS adds palm-vein recognition to face, fingerprint, PIN and RFID access. Two outside cameras cover visitors and deliveries, while an inside camera provides an additional view through Home Access. The 4.7-inch IPS display lets you check the doorstep from indoors. Wi-Fi is needed for remote viewing and intercom; recording retention and any cloud plan are confirmed separately.

Warranty: 3 years on-site for manufacturing defects. Accessories, including batteries, remotes, RFID tags, sync modules and gateways, have 3-year service-centre coverage. Battery leakage is excluded. The mechanical key cylinder must remain accessible; privacy gates may need modification for warranty coverage. If the key cylinder is inaccessible, locksmith charges apply even during the warranty period. The full set of mechanical keys must be available for servicing to avoid additional charges.
