Are the listed prices for individual locks?

Yes. Each listing shows the selling price for that lock in Singapore dollars, based on the supplied RRP list. A door lock and a gate lock are separate items unless a listing explicitly says they are a bundle. Fitting and any extra accessories are confirmed in the quote.

Does every Philips lock work with an app?

No. The 506-18HS and 702-5HS are offline models. Some other models connect directly over Wi-Fi, while Bluetooth models need a compatible gateway for remote functions. Check the connectivity and mobile-app rows on the product page.

Can a door lock and gate lock unlock together?

Selected pairs can be synchronised. For example, a compatible 506-18HS gate lock can trigger a 702-5HS door lock when entering from outside. Pairing, accessories and the space between the locks need to be checked before installation.

What should I send for a fitting quote?

Send the model you like, photos of both sides of your door and gate, the door thickness and the gap between them. Tell us about any privacy panel or existing lock cut-outs. We will check access to the mechanical key cylinder as well as the lock-body clearance.

What warranty applies?

The supplied warranty covers manufacturing defects on-site for 3 years, with 3-year service-centre coverage for accessories. Battery leakage is excluded. The key cylinder must remain accessible, and privacy gates may need modification. Keep the full mechanical-key set for servicing; access or locksmith charges can still apply.
