Built for cooks who want a large working surface, the Mayer MMSS883HI is an 86cm stainless steel gas hob with three burners. Two full brass burners run 4.5kW each, joined by a semi-rapid brass burner at 2.3kW for gentler simmering, all over cast iron trivets. Front knobs control the flame, while flame-failure devices and battery ignition (size D) cover safety and lighting. It accepts LPG or PUB town gas and fits a built-in cutout of 670-825 x 370-435mm.
