The Mayer MMGH772HI runs two triple-ring full brass burners across a 78cm tempered glass top, each rated 4.5kW for serious wok heat. Brass resists warping better than other burner materials, so it stays true over years of use. The 8mm glass body and cast iron trivets handle the heat, while front knobs, flame-failure devices and battery ignition (size D) cover control and safety.
