The Luxes ORI-1000SS is a single-lever basin mixer built from Grade 304 18-8 stainless steel with a matt finish. Stainless steel resists the tarnishing and blistering you sometimes see on brass bodies with zinc handles, so it holds its look with normal wear. Flow is controlled by a ceramic disc cartridge for steady mixing of hot and cold. It carries a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects and 1 year on other parts and service. Wipe it dry after cleaning and rinse off any chemicals rather than letting them sit, as residue can corrode the surface over time.
