Does SparkFlow install the Fidelis Tall Basin Cold Tap (FT-68K2C)?

Yes — our team can quote supply and installation together. Add it to your cart, or WhatsApp us a photo of your space, and we'll confirm the product, installation scope and any regulated trade needed before booking.

Does this need professional installation?

It depends on the product and site. We state the installation scope in the quote and match regulated electrical, gas, water-service or renovation work to the appropriately qualified person. SparkFlow holds HDB renovation-contractor and BCA ME05 L1 company registrations.

How much does installation cost?

Installation is quoted per job once we know the unit and your site (ceiling type, existing wiring or plumbing, access). WhatsApp the model and site photos; we will confirm the written scope, price and available slot during operating hours.

Is it covered by warranty?

Coverage depends on the exact product and installation scope. We identify the current manufacturer terms and any SparkFlow workmanship term in the written quote; keep the invoice, model and serial number for a claim.

How do I order and pay?

Add it to your cart and we'll send the exact quote on WhatsApp, or message us directly. Pay by PayNow, bank transfer or card. We confirm stock and an installation slot before anything is locked in.

How fast is delivery and installation?

Stock, supplier lead time, delivery access and the required trade all affect timing. We confirm product availability and the installation slot before you approve the order.

Product details

Finished in chrome, the Fidelis FT-68K2C is a tall brass pillar tap that delivers cold water only. Its raised height clears taller countertop basins, making it a practical match for vessel-style sinks. This is the Singapore Fidelis range, manufactured in China. Cover is 1 year on parts and service with a 5-year cartridge warranty. Supply and installation can be quoted after we confirm the model, site conditions and any regulated trade scope.
