Scope checklist

Eight items to define.

  • Approved selective strip-out, debris handling and items to retain stated in the quote
  • Base and upper cabinetry materials, hardware, dimensions and finishes confirmed in the drawings
  • Countertop material, edge, cut-outs, joints, measured quantity and supplier lead time stated
  • Backsplash and floor preparation, tile specification and approved wet-area method where applicable
  • Sink, washer and dishwasher plumbing assessed and assigned to the appropriate licensed plumber where regulated
  • Sockets, hob circuits and other fixed electrical alterations assessed and handled by an EMA-licensed electrical worker
  • Hood, hob and appliance integration coordinated to the exact product and specialist requirements
  • Final clean, snag handover and any workmanship-warranty terms stated in the contract
How it works

Four phases.

01

Site visit + measure

We come measure the kitchen — width, depth, ceiling height, existing pipe + power locations. We discuss workflow (where you cook, what appliances you have) before drafting any layout.

02

Design + 3D

L-shape vs U-shape vs galley, cabinet door materials, countertop slabs, tile samples. We send a 3D render and a line-itemed quote. You sign off before we order.

03

Strip + rebuild

Follow the approved strip-out and coordinated sequence for licensed plumbing and electrical work, surface preparation, tiling and cabinetry. Template the countertop only after the supporting cabinets and site dimensions are ready, then use the supplier-confirmed fabrication lead time.

04

Final check

Check the stated cabinet hardware, seals, fixtures and appliance-integration scope with the relevant specialist records. Complete the agreed clean and snag walk before returning the kitchen to use under the product and curing instructions.
