Our specialty

The 6-layer waterproof system.

Bathroom leaks are 90% of all bathroom-reno regret. This is how we make sure yours doesn't.

1

Substrate prep

Hack to bare concrete slab. Grind smooth, vacuum dust, check slope toward floor trap.

2

Primer coat

Acrylic primer seals the concrete, gives the membrane something to bond to. 24-hour cure.

3

First waterproof membrane

Cement-based two-component membrane (red layer), brushed on at 1.5mm thick. Cures 12 hours.

4

Second waterproof membrane

Same product, applied 90° across the first coat (grey layer) — eliminates pinhole risk. Cures 24 hours.

5

Flood test

Plug the floor trap, flood the bathroom 25mm deep for 24 hours. Check downstairs neighbour for ceiling damp.

6

Tile bed + tiles

Cement screed bed (creates slope), tile adhesive, tile. Grout + silicone sealant at all junctions.
