Remove old masking and extract dust from suitable accessible surfaces before coating. Construction waste and deep cleaning remain separate unless the quote says otherwise.
Inspect anchor holes, damaged edges, cracks and seams. Stable cosmetic damage can be prepared; damp, recurring or uncertain cracks need their cause addressed first.
Bare or repaired areas receive the primer specified for the substrate and topcoat. Active water marks are not sealed until the moisture source is fixed and the surface is dry.
Apply the selected Nippon, Dulux or equivalent system with the product's coverage, recoat and cure instructions. The quote states the planned coat count and areas.
Remove protection, tidy the work area and walk through the finish. Fixed electrical devices remain protected in place unless the appropriate trade handles them.
