When should I book my CNY spring clean?

As early as possible. The two weeks before CNY are our busiest of the year — slots from mid-January onwards fill up by early December. If you want a specific date (e.g. day before CNY eve), book by November. Outside CNY season, spring cleaning is available year-round with normal lead time.

How much does spring cleaning cost?

3-room HDB: $320-450. 4-room: $420-580. 5-room: $500-700. Larger by quote. CNY premium (visits during the 10 days before CNY eve): +15-25% due to demand. Book by November for non-premium pricing.

What's the difference vs regular cleaning?

Spring cleaning is a deeper, slower job that covers areas regular cleaning skips: cabinet interiors, behind appliances, fan blades, light fittings, AC filters, window grille tracks. 1.5-2x the time of a normal session.

Question 4

Do you sweep towards or away from the front door?

Whichever way you want. Some clients ask us to sweep towards the centre of the home (auspicious — keeping prosperity in) rather than out the front door. We accommodate either preference — tell us at booking.

Can I book BEFORE CNY (more auspicious) vs after?

Accepted Answer

Yes — most cleaning is done in the 2 weeks before CNY eve. The day before CNY itself is traditionally avoided (sweeping out luck). After Chap Goh Mei (15th day of CNY) is also avoided by some. We've handled all timing preferences.

Question 6

Do you bring incense / floral touches?

We don't sell those, but if you've bought pomelo / pussy willow / oranges to place after the clean, we'll arrange them tastefully on your behalf before leaving. Just leave them out + tell us where they go.

Can I add AC chemical wash to the same visit?

Accepted Answer

Yes — common combo before CNY. Spring clean + 1-unit chemical wash bundle: 3-room $480-580, 4-room $580-720. See /services/aircon/chemical-wash for the AC scope.

Question 8

Do you do half-home rather than full?

Accepted Answer

Yes — kitchen+bathrooms only is a common request (the highest-impact areas). $180-280 depending on flat size. Bedrooms-only also available. WhatsApp us the scope + we'll quote.
