When should I book my CNY spring clean?

CNY slots are seasonal, so ask early if you need a particular day. We confirm the available arrival window, estimated duration and any seasonal pricing in writing before you book; this page does not promise that a month or date will still be available.

How much does spring cleaning cost?

Published starting prices are $320 for a 3-room HDB, $420 for a 4-room and $500 for a 5-room. The written quote depends on condition, accessible scope, occupancy and timing. Any seasonal surcharge must be stated before confirmation rather than assumed from a fixed percentage.

What's the difference vs regular cleaning?

Spring cleaning is a deeper, slower job that covers areas regular cleaning skips: cabinet interiors, behind appliances, fan blades, light fittings, AC filters, window grille tracks. 1.5-2x the time of a normal session.

Question 4

Do you sweep towards or away from the front door?

Accepted Answer

Whichever way you want. Some clients ask us to sweep towards the centre of the home (auspicious — keeping prosperity in) rather than out the front door. We accommodate either preference — tell us at booking.

Can I book BEFORE CNY (more auspicious) vs after?

Accepted Answer

Yes — most cleaning is done in the 2 weeks before CNY eve. The day before CNY itself is traditionally avoided (sweeping out luck). After Chap Goh Mei (15th day of CNY) is also avoided by some. We've handled all timing preferences.

Do you bring incense / floral touches?

Accepted Answer

We do not burn incense or add fragrances as part of cleaning. If you have decorations ready, ask whether simple placement can be included after the work; keep ignition, smoke alarms, ventilation, pets and household preferences separate from the cleaning scope.

Can I add AC chemical wash to the same visit?

Accepted Answer

Aircon chemical washing is a separate technical scope, not a default spring-clean add-on. If the unit has a cooling, drainage or contamination problem, have the aircon service assess it and provide a separate written quote rather than choosing chemical treatment from the calendar alone.

Do you do half-home rather than full?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send the rooms and tasks you need, along with photos and the unit condition. We will quote that defined scope instead of applying a generic half-home price that may not reflect the kitchen, bathroom, window or access work involved.
