3-room HDB: $280-380. 4-room: $350-480. 5-room: $420-580. Condo / EA / landed quoted on site by area + condition. Pricing assumes empty unit (furniture already moved out). Furnished or partially-furnished add 15-25%.

What's included in move-out cleaning?

Full kitchen degrease (hood + hob + oven + behind), bathroom deep clean (scale + grout + drains), all window tracks + grilles, every floor mopped + vacuumed, AC filters cleaned, ceiling fan blades, light fittings dust, behind/under all appliances, balcony, store room. We provide a written checklist before + photo handover after.

Will this get me my deposit back?

If the unit was reasonably maintained, yes — landlord-quality move-out cleaning is what they expect. We've never had a complaint that led to deposit deduction for cleanliness. We do photo handover so you have evidence of the condition we left it in.

How long does it take?

3-room: 4-5 hours, 2-tech team. 4-room: 5-6 hours, 2-3 techs. 5-room: 6-7 hours, 3 techs. Larger places usually full day. We aim to finish in one visit.

Do you provide cleaning materials?

Yes — all chemicals, microfibre, mop, vacuum included. We use commercial-grade degreasers + bathroom acid cleaners that home brands don't sell. Eco-friendly options on request.

What if the unit hasn't been cleaned in years?

Tell us upfront and we can quote a thorough deep-clean upgrade ($80-150 add-on) which includes longer scrub times on built-up grease + scale. Some kitchens after 5+ years of cooking need this.

Can you do it the same day as the landlord handover?

Yes — common pattern: we arrive 9am, you arrive at 2pm for landlord walkthrough at 3pm. We coordinate the timing so the unit is freshly clean when the landlord inspects.

Do you handle the rubbish disposal?

Accepted Answer

Yes — bag up all the trash + drop at the HDB bulk-waste point or rubbish chute. If there's significant furniture / bulk waste, that's a separate disposal service (~$80-200 depending on volume) — we can coordinate that too.
