Refrigerant top-up, done right.
Low refrigerant is a finding, not the full diagnosis. We check the operating condition and likely cause before repair or refill, then match the refrigerant to the model label.
A top-up alone may not fix the fault.
Why the reading, system history and leak evidence matter before refrigerant is added.
Refrigerant circulates in a closed circuit; routine top-ups are not normal maintenance. Low charge can indicate a leak, a previous undercharge or earlier service work, so measurements and history come before refill.
The technician checks operating conditions and chooses an appropriate leak-detection method. Any repair, evacuation and recharge should follow the equipment and refrigerant procedure, with added work quoted first.
R32, R410A and R22 are not interchangeable. Using an unapproved refrigerant or charging method can damage equipment and create a safety risk, so we verify the exact model before quoting.
The nameplate comes first.
Send the model before booking; we confirm the required refrigerant and current availability.
Lower global-warming potential than R410A; requires model-specific handling
Do not substitute another refrigerant without manufacturer approval
Service options and refrigerant availability are confirmed before the visit
