Its layout takes an XXL wok plus two medium pots at once, with a Variable Valve System that ranges the wok burner from heavy frying to a light simmer. The SCHOTT Germany tempered glass cooktop carries a lifetime warranty, and it runs instant ignition with a safety valve, brass-capped aluminium alloy burners, and cast iron pan supports.
