Both burners use high-strength aluminium alloy bodies with brass caps, sit on enamel-coated cast iron pan supports, and run battery-operated ignition with a Variable Valve System for fine flame control. An instant-ignition safety valve cuts the gas if a flame goes out, and the cool-touch Bakelite knobs stay comfortable in use.
