Designed around a smoke ventilation system, the Mayer MMDO8R is a 60cm built-in oven with a 75L enamel cavity and eight cooking functions. Mechanical controls run five shelf positions behind a double-glazed full glass door with a large viewing window. A forced cooling system and removable door plate keep upkeep simple. It works across 50-250°C on a 2.5kW single-phase supply (13A), and ships with a wire rack and enamel baking tray.
