The KDK 24CURB is a ceiling-mount ventilating fan that runs automatically via a built-in motion sensor with a 15-minute off-delay — it switches itself on when you enter and off after you leave. HP (half-pitch) motor on ball bearings with a taper-blade sirocco fan and curve-shaped backdraft shutter for super-low-noise operation. Ventilating fans need a proper opening (wall / window / ceiling cut-out), ducting where required, and a wired connection — SparkFlow's handyman and appropriately qualified electrical team installs the lot (three-phase industrial units are wired by our licensed electricians).
