The American Standard DuoSTiX hygiene spray in chrome and glossy white is a dual-purpose bidet spray. Twist the cap off and the flow tightens into a focused jet for cleaning the toilet and surrounds; left on, it gives a gentle spray for personal use. The cap fits either way round for thumb or index-finger control and pops off for easy limescale removal. It ships with a 1.2m flexible hose and a fixed-angle holder, and the on/off mechanism is rated to 100,000 cycles at a 5 L/min flow.
